For more than nine years, I’ve been designing products for both businesses and everyday people, and I still get a little thrill when something complicated finally clicks.

I started in industrial design, where I learned to begin with the person using the thing. One project pulled me into service design, and that led me to UX and digital product design. I spent my first four years mostly on B2B tools, then the next five on B2C products, which taught me how differently people use something when it’s their job versus when it’s their choice.

All along, I was also building my own startup. It failed before launch, but I came away with branding, strategy, a business plan, and the habit of thinking about every stakeholder, not just the screen.

Now, I’m ready for what’s next, and I’d love to take on new projects with new challenges and new opportunities.
